Where do you ship?
We offer standard shipping worldwide.


Do you charge for shipping?
We are delighted to offer shipment on all of our Natural Sleep products everywhere in the world at a given price range depending on delivery location.  For shipment fees you will be informed on checkout page.


Do  you ship internationally?
We do ship our products internationally. Just get in touch with our Sleep Experts team and we'd be happy to provide a shipping quote for large volumes.  

How long will it take to get my products?
We aim to deliver your products within 15 working days from order to delivery. We need 5 working days to process your order, and 5-10 working days for shipping depending on your location. As we use third party carriers, we can't guarantee shipping times, especially during busy periods, holidays, or adverse weather events. If you need your products in a hurry get in touch by emailing our dispatch team sales@naturalsleep.shop and we will do our best to help.


How will I know my product is on the way?
You will receive a shipping confirmation to let you know your Natural Sleep products has been dispatched. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you haven't received this within a day or two of placing your order. 


Can I track my order?
Our carrier aims to deliver within 10 working days. During busy periods, this may be longer. Please contact us by emailing sales@naturalsleep.ishop if you haven't received your order a full 12 working days after receiving a shipping notification and we will follow up.
