The product is so user-friendly, and the snoring problem has been solved
I had read other reviews on other mouth guards and decided to go with this one. Comfortable for all night sleeping. I am a nose breather so it works well for me. some people say it doesn't work for them since they are a mouth breather.
It's comfortable enough. It feels weird but I got used to it quickly and it doesn't hurt. For me, it only works when I sleep on my side, if I'm on my back I still snore. I would recommend trying it.
Since he started using it, we've both been getting much better sleep. The mouth guard is comfortable and easy to adjust, ensuring a perfect fit for him.
The only downside is that you have to boil it first to fit mouth which is an extra step. Also, it is a bit bulky but it is effective.
