Run away from friends, delivery time not respected, products do not work.
I do not recommend!!! Late delivery. Description not accurate (seller didn’t specify what workouts are available and that you have to carry your phone at all times and that the product cannot be used <0 degrees C) and product doesn’t function correctly (measures steps wrong or not at all, compared with Apple Watch and Huawei GT Pro). Also different values for sleep monitoring. SO2 and Heart rate seemed to work, but I bought it for step counter and sleep monitor. When I asked for a refund the seller said the description correct and I’m just trying to have a free product. A product that a cannot use because it doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. The sollution is to return it to get my money back, but the cost for return (that I have to support) is higher that what I payed. So I gave >27€ with shipping, I costs me more to return a defective product. Less money for me and no product.
Ring is fine, matches the description. Delivery and store communication were the worst I had in years. From France to Germany it took 2 weeks to deliver instead of 3-6 days. At some point parcel wasn’t tracked and the seller didn’t reply to my messages at all. After having a convo with client support I waited some days and got a new code for tracking my parcel, but still without approximate date of delivery and detailed info about my parcel location/status. I see no point to pay extra for a delivery from EU and buying from this seller when orders are delivered the way faster. In others reviews below you can see that it happened to other people as well.
